One of the world's leading Hotels and Services group wished to bring about a better follow-up in the training of its associates in order to improve the quality of service.

The assessement, traditionally managed with paper work, needed the forms to be manually processed and the information to be re-entered in the corporate databases, before being actually analyzed.

On the national scale this process had seen failures owing to its lack of flexibility, its complexity and the cost of manual form processing.

Solution

Thanks to the use of electronic forms and the implementation of a personalized software suite on smartphones, we have successfully provided a solution helping this hotel group to meet its objectives in terms of quality of service and customer relationship management. HB++ ability to lay out complex and interactive forms bound to database records made the data input task easier - while the conduits easily generated transmitted the data to the corporate databases.

A leading pharmaceutical company uses mobile devices not only to collect the data necessary to the development of new medicines and molecules, but also for its marketing operations.

Originally dedicated to its sales forces, our solution developed with HB++ now covers the whole process and cycle of life of a drug - from the preliminary clinical studies to the marketing of the final products: epidemiologic and clinical surveys, diagnostic assistance, patients information management, and pharmacovigilance.

Taking advantage of the increasing number of healthcare and pharmaceutical industry professionals equipped with smartphones , our solution proved to be a powerful complementary tool to the usual office automation equipment.

Our asset: quality of the collected data, reduction of the processing time, traceability of the occuring events throughout the product's cycle of life. Infrared data exchanges allowing medical representative to gather informations collected by physicians on the national scale, data upload using modem connection, or alerts sent by SMS were some of the key features only HB++ could provide.

A luxury car manufacturer wished to be able to optimize marketing operations carried out locally by its dealers and retailers, as well as managing a fleet of second-hand vehicles.

Solution

In a partnership with a financial services company providing loan simulation facilities, the salesmen took advantage of a tailor-made solution for smartphones developed with HB++, enabling them to instantly browse the current inventory, and to provide optimal credit offers to the buyers. The central information system is updated in real-time, and accessible from any dealer or retailer.

Each salesman can thus suggest several offers for vehicles available on the national scale to the customers, and the complementary financial expenses are directly integrated in the loan simulation. Promotional events can be organized by the whole network. In addition to the specific data and charts available for each vehicle, a photograph can be downloaded on the smatphone. This new type of customer relationships ensures a perfect adequacy between customers' needs and marketing policies.

Context

A security and guarding company responsible for the securisation of warehouses wished to mointor, track down and optimize the route of its watchmen during interventions and patrols.

Solution

Watchmen were equipped with smartphones, and were asked to signal their position by scanning a barcode put in various relevant places in the warehouses. The HB++ ability to call functions from external libraries made the integration of the barcode API easy and seamless. A permanent access to a WiFi wireless network, allowed data exchanges between mobile units, and thus the optimization of the patrol.
