Description

The Button class implements behaviours specific to Button controls. A button is a basic control which simply raises a Click event when the user taps it with the stylus. This class is not instantiable, derivable or cloneable. The only instances available to the programmer are those automatically generated by HB++ when you place a control on a form.

The button's appearance is set during compilation using the Frame property. On the other hand, the text and font can be modified at runtime using the Font and Text properties inherited from the ActionControl class.

The button's behaviour can be modified by the value of the Repeating property. By default, this property is set to False and the button only raises one Click event once the user removes the stylus. If you set this property to True, the button raises Click events at regular intervals while the user keeps the stylus pressed down. This function is typically used for scrolling arrows for example.

Note: the PenMove event is not raised by this object but handled internally.
